I will respect myself, have a positive attitude, and follow dress code and safety rules.
I will be open to new ideas and experiences at Camp.
I will respect the environment, including the campgrounds, cabins and buildings both at camp and while away from camp on walks or hiking trips.
I will talk to a counselor or other staff member if I need help dealing with other campers, staff, or my experiences.
I will follow the directions of the Med Team, and not eat additional foods or give myself insulin without clearance from my Med Team.
I will not use an electronic device like a cell phone, iPod or electronic game during camp week.
I will not lie, cheat, steal or otherwise disrespect myself or others.
If my behavior is inappropriate or is hurting the camp experience for others, I may be referred to the Camp Director and / or the Medical Director for corrective actions. Bullying or other aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
I will not exchange personal address, email address, phone number or other contact information with any Camp STIX volunteers (JC’s, Counselors, Med Team, DISH volunteers) without specific permission from my parents/guardians.
Outside of camp, if I am emailing, texting or posting information for other campers:
I will not speak hurtfully or falsely about others.
I will not send or post embarrassing or inappropriate pictures.
I will not discuss sexual topics, tobacco or drug abuse, or violence toward others.
I understand that failure to comply with all of the above expectations may result in being sent home early.
